What happens when the stock gets sold out at the store but you have placed the order ?

The quantity of items may vary.

 as we carry most of the jewelry of one-of-kind unique items. However, some items may have multiple pieces of the same design, depending on availability. On this case we will refund the money, or you are allowed to choose another jewelry.

NOTE: if you like our design which was sold out on our website, in that case you can call our sales agent and order the same elegant design from our collection. Speak with our sales person  us at 732-283-1601 and give us details asked by our sales person.

In this case  the customer has to pay the minimum order fee according to the gold price.

Our collection changes with trends and current demand so we cannot guarantee an item sold will be available again.
