How it works (Rental)
- Appointments (virtual or In person) are required to book your jewelry rental. You can schedule an appointment.
- During your consultation you’ll meet with a RK Jewelry Stylist who will help bring your bridal vision to life and advise on styles that compliment your look. Appointments are typically between 30-60 minutes.
- We reserve jewelry on a first come, first served basis.
- There is no minimum or maximum to the number of items you can rent for your special event. We specialize in bridal, but our rental collection is available to everyone for any occasion!
- To secure your rental, we require a 50% deposit; the remainder of your balance will be invoiced the week before your event.
- All RK Jewelry is insured for the duration of your rental.
- LATE FEES: If you do not deliver a jewelry item for return shipment by the required Return Date or return in store, late fees will be assessed as to that item as follows:
- One (1) Day Late – 20% of the rental fee for that item will be added to the total fees
- Two (2) to Seven (7) Days Late – 100% of the rental fee for that item will be added to the total fees
- Eight (8) to Fourteen (14) Days Late – 200% of the rental fee for that item will be added to the total fees.
- SECURITY DEPOSITS: To help protect us against loss, damages or theft of the jewelry, we require a refundable security deposit 50% of the rental value of all jewelry items rented.
- The rental period is typically 4 days with the option to extend if needed. The prices on our website reflect the 4 day rental period.
- Shipping is offered all throughout the Tristate area. We do not allow you to travel internationally with our jewelry.
