Shipping

All orders placed on this website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to "RK JEWELS" shipping policies.
In the rare event of your order never arrives, notification of missing or damaged items must be received within 3 days from receipt of the shipment received. RK JEWELS.com reserves the right to request additional information to verify the shipping of high value orders.

 

Online orders are processed and/or shipped Tuesdays - Saturdays. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays, Mondays or National Holidays. Orders placed within this timeframe will be processed and/or shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Tuesday-Saturday (excluding National Holidays) will be processed on the following business day. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by our client service team within 24 hours of your online purchase and refund can be initiated  or  you will be asked to choose another item.

Your item(s) will be individually packaged in our custom RK JEWELS boxes along with protective wrapping to maintain the integrity and safety of the pieces. A purchase receipt that reflects the details of your order will be enclosed inside of your package.

 express delivery          ( 2 to 5 days ) : $ 29.95

2. If product cost less than $ 750 :

standard time delivery ( 7 to 10 day ) : $ 24.95

express delivery          ( 2 to 5 days ) : $ 29.95

 

RK JEWELS.com only ships to billing addresses. If in case a customer needs an item to be shipped a different address, please contact   sales@rkjewels.com .
