Return Policy




If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached and intact, and send back in its original packaging. Any order returned without jewelry box, nor in its original condition is subject to a $5-20 restocking fee.



Returns and exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the followings:


- Clearance items are final sale, and can not be exchanged or returned.


- Surprise Boxes and gift boxes cannot be exchanged or returned.


- An exchanged item or an item purchased on store credit is not eligible for return/refund or exchange.



Customers may return or exchange a product purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving the order. As a health and safety precaution, nose pins and nose rings are NOT ALLOWED to be exchanged or returned once purchased.


All international orders are final and non-returnable. International customers are responsible for all customs charges.


Send us an email with your return/exchange request at A sales representative will provide a return mailing address. We do not provide a return label.

All returned orders must be shipped back to our store within 30 days of receiving the order.


Customer is responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs for any exchange orders. We are not responsible for orders returned to sender for any reason. If orders are returned to sender, we can reship the package however there will be a reshipment fee. We ship orders to the address customer inputs at checkout. If this address is incorrect, or unable to be delivered we are not responsible. If customer prefers a refund of the order rather than reshipment there will be a full refund  with deduction of 15% of the total bill as restock fee and  excluding the original shipping fee.


Once all items, including the freebies, are returned in good condition, you will receive a full refund minus a 15% restock fee and shipping and handling.


Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed.
